We may also collect technical and service-usage information, including browser type, device information, IP address, authentication events, logs, feature usage, page interactions, and diagnostic information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Customers and authorized workspace users may also submit, import, connect, or create business information through GIVILA. This information is addressed separately below as Customer Data.

02

4. Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Calendar Data

GIVILA allows authenticated users to connect their own Google accounts so that Gmail and Google Calendar functionality can be used inside the GIVILA CRM.

Depending on the features a user enables and the permissions granted through Google's authorization flow, GIVILA may request access that allows the service to:

  • access and display Gmail messages, threads, participants, message metadata, and message content needed to provide connected CRM functionality;
  • associate emails, replies, and communication history with companies, contacts, and CRM relationships;
  • send email when an authenticated user explicitly initiates or requests that action;
  • perform user-requested mailbox actions where a connected GIVILA feature requires the relevant Google permission;
  • access and display Google Calendar information inside GIVILA;
  • create, update, or manage calendar events when requested by the authenticated user; and
  • use connected-account identity information necessary to establish and maintain the Google integration.

How GIVILA uses Google data

GIVILA uses Google user data only to provide the Gmail, Calendar, communication, relationship-history, and workflow functionality requested by the connected user.

GIVILA does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not used for advertising. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service, operate supporting infrastructure, comply with applicable law, protect users or the service, or where the user has otherwise authorized the disclosure.

Google API Limited Use

GIVILA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

05

5. Storage and Protection of Google Data

Google-connected data may be processed and stored only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Gmail, Calendar, CRM, communication-history, relationship, and workflow features enabled or requested by the customer.

GIVILA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational practices appropriate to the nature of the service and the information processed. These practices may change as the service, infrastructure, and product mature.

No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. GIVILA does not represent that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or security incidents can never occur.

GIVILA does not claim security certifications or compliance programs that have not actually been obtained or independently verified.

06

6. Google Data Retention, Disconnection, and Revocation

GIVILA retains connected Google data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide enabled features, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or complete technical deletion processes.

Disconnecting Google from GIVILA

Users may disconnect their Google account from GIVILA where the applicable connected-account controls are available. Users may also revoke GIVILA's access through their Google Account's security and third-party access settings.

After access is revoked or a Google connection is removed, GIVILA will no longer be able to retrieve new data from that Google account unless the user authorizes access again.

Previously stored information may remain temporarily where necessary for existing workspace functionality, backup integrity, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or deletion processing.

Customers may request deletion of applicable account, workspace, or connected-service data by contacting .

07

08

8. AI Features and Processing

GIVILA may provide AI-assisted functionality such as capture, summarization, classification, drafting, research assistance, relationship insights, extraction, workflow assistance, or other AI-supported features.

When a user requests an AI-powered feature, Customer Data, user-provided content, or relevant CRM context may be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate the requested result.
